Bozal Mezcal
On the steep precarious hillsides of Oaxaca and Guerrero varieties of agave, indigenous to the region, grow wild and are heavily sought after by the local mezcaleros. These varietals produce flavors that are exotically intense, with rich earth tones and savory smokiness. Browne Family Spirits
The Browne Family Spirits Collection is focused on locally sourced, limited-edition Bourbon, Rye and Whiskey by Kentucky-native master distiller Aaron Kleinhelter.
Browne Family Spirits prides itself in sourcing ingredients for its spirits throughout Washington State. Browne’s rye, wheat and corn are sourced and milled in nearby Colfax and Ritzville, while the malted rye is sourced from Country Malt, located just down the road from the distillery.

Charles Medley Distillers
The Wathen-Medley family has been distilling some of Kentucky’s finest bourbon for 8 generations, beginning more than 100 years before Prohibition. Edradour Distillery
Nestled within the idyllic highlands of Scotland, the Edradour Distillery boasts a history as rich as the lore behind the birth of Scotch whisky.
Prior to the 15th century, whisky was known as “Uisge Beatha” or “the Water of Life,” believed to have medicinal properties. The high demand for whisky led to high taxes on production of the liquid. Instead of paying their duty, many highlanders produced whisky on a small scale, in one-pot stills, illegally.
The Excise Act of 1823 changed distilling for Scotch whisky by reducing taxes and licensing costs, making the legal production of whisky a more profitable endeavor. Thus in 1825, the illegal still of Edradour became Edradour Distillery, officially founded as a farmer’s cooperative tucked in the heart of the picturesque Perthshire village. Today the original still remains, quietly producing the world’s only handmade single malt whisky.
Edradour, world renowned as the smallest traditional distillery in Scotland, produces over 25 distinctive expressions of Highland Single Malt Scotch whisky.

Frigate Reserve Rum
Passion for the outdoors brings people from all walks of life together. A campfire while bonefishing in the Bahamas brought Flip Pallot, Oliver White, Clint Kemp, and Graham Hegamyer together and sparked an idea- take our personal love for rum, create something amazing, and show the world what true rum was meant to be.
Our adventure carried us to Panama to meet with legendary Master Distiller, Don Pancho Fernandez. His support in what we were trying to achieve allowed us access to his limited reserve and the ability to create a product range of 8, 12, 15, and 21 Year Old Rum.

J Seeds
Everyone knows the best apples are from the heart of Washington & the best whiskey is from Kentucky...
In the fall of 1921, Johnny jumped on a train with several bottles of cider from his orchards to share with his Uncle Gus in Kentucky at his whiskey distillery. He got there just in time to kick off the annual Fall Festival and decided to enter his cider in the contest and try for the blue ribbon.
The story of the creation of J Seeds is passed down like this:
Johnny was helping his uncle by sweeping the distillery before heading off to the fair. While sweeping he knocked one of his bottles of cider and a bottle of his uncle's finest whiskey into a nearby basin. In a rush, Johnny poured the blend into a clean bottle, capped it, and brought it with him to the fair.
A hush fell over the crowd as the judges began the cider tasting. They made their way slowly down the line and then, finally, reached Johnny’s blended bottle. After one sip the judges demanded to know who’s entry the marvelous cider whiskey blend was. It was sweet and crisp with a strong whiskey finish, like nothing they had ever had before. Johnny stepped forward and was awarded the blue ribbon immediately.
And the rest is history. We have recreated Johnny’s recipe and brought it straight from America's heartland to you. Enjoy in whatever way makes you happy. This versatile blend is equally good neat, mixed, hot or cold. J Seeds may have been created by mistake, but we “celebrate that mistake each time we partake.”

Killepitsch
Everyone knows Killepitsch but very few people know that the liqueur factory Peter Busch GmbH & Co. KG is behind the popular herbal liqueur. Spirits have been produced by the Busch Family since 1858. After moving out of the old town of Düsseldorf in 2005 and moving into the modern factory in Medienhafen, Killepitsch, Applepitsch, GIN Pitsch and Vodkapitsch are now made by Peter Busch (4th generation) and Katharina Busch (5th generation) in the state of the art facility.

KOVAL Distillery crafts a line of whiskey, gin, and specialty spirits using unique organic grains and signature “heart cut” techniques with only the absolute best quality distillate. Founded in 2008 by husband-and-wife team, Dr. Robert Birnecker and Dr. Sonat Birnecker Hart, KOVAL began as the first distillery to open in Chicago since the mid-1800s. Prior to starting the distillery, Sonat and Robert had established careers in government and academia, but chose to forge a new path together. Their goal with KOVAL was to marry centuries of tradition from Robert's Austrian distilling heritage with state-of-the-art modern technologies - all with the aim of bringing heightened levels of consistency and creativity to the world of spirits.

Long Island Spirits
Long Island Spirits was established in 2007 as the first distillery on Long Island since the 1800's and became the 100th Distillery in the United States of America; today there are over 1,600 distilleries throughout the USA. Surrounded by centuries old of potato, corn and rye farms, the distillery is located on the bucolic North Fork of Long Island, in the heart of the acclaimed wine region. The North Fork boasts over 60 wineries and dozens of pre-revolutionary family-owned farms that have been blessed with a microclimate that is very similar to the Bordeaux region in France. Housed in twin-cupola barn that has been repurposed into a state of the art Craft Distillery. Long Island Spirits is proud of its sustainable distillery practices and the innovative fermenting, distilling and blending techniques it has pioneered and the fact that all our spirits are non-chill filtered.

Madam Pattirini
In 2017 Ogden’s Own began making Madam Pattirini Gin influenced by one of the more interesting and unknown figures of the West. Utah’s always full of surprises and has been a pretty wild place!
Made from Juniper, Bergamot, Coriander, Cardamom, Nigerian Ginger, and Sicilian Lemon. It’s a small run of fewer than 1,000 bottles at a time. All bottles are numbered by the batch and bottle.

Molinari
Angelo Molinari loved anise, a Chinese spice that had infiltrated the Italian market in the 1940s. A bar owner, Molinari naturally decided to experiment with his favorite spice and thus, Sambuca was born. This trifecta of Chinese star anise oil, European sugar and the best grain alcohol Italian wheat can provide, quickly captivated Molinari’s hometown of Civitavecchia. In 1945, Molinari opened his first plant to produce enough Sambuca to delight the world.
Molinari Sambuca Extra is the top-selling brand today and is the only Sambuca to be officially designated as “Extra” by the Italian government. The recipe is highly guarded, given to just one family member each generation—though after Marcelo Molinari was kidnapped in 1982, the family decided it might be best to keep an extra copy of the recipe in a vault. Sambuca lovers everywhere can rest assured the distinct flavors of Molinari will not be lost.

Nardini
Bortolo Nardini, an ingenious and enterprising man, was an expert in the art of distillation and possessed a unique knowledge of its process, when he descended to Bassano from his native Trentino region, in order to produce and commercialize his "Grappa." In 1779, he founded a distillery in Bassano. This location was a strategic one for its ample water supply and the ease of reaching principal markets by boat. Bortolo Nardini revolutionized Italian distillation, quickly establishing himself as the leading producer of Grappa in Italy. Subsequently, as the distillery was handed down from father to son, each generation made a progressive contribution toward refining the distillation process, allowing the firm to achieve the prestige of which Bortolo Nardini only dreamt.

Ogden's Own
From the late 1800's to the mid 1900's setting foot off of the train in Ogden was often a life changing experience for a transcontinental rail traveler. The train station sat as the root of the infamous Two-bit Street. "Any man's desire fulfilled for two bits." Two-bit/25th Street was a hedonist's paradise. With no trouble from the law, a man could gamble, drink bootleg liquor, spend time with an unfamiliar lady, smoke opium, or befall a worse fate.

Poli Distillery
The Poli Distillery is a historic artisanal enterprise owned by the Poli Family founded in 1898 in Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa, in the heart of Veneto, the most renowned region for the production of Grappa.
For four generations the Poli Distillery operates with an ancient alembic completely made of copper, among the very few still existing, which allows to produce Grappa and other distillates featuring a sophisticated balance between personality and elegance.
The distillery facility is considered of historical and environmental significance for its porch structure typical of the ancient Venetian rural houses.
At the Poli Grappa Museum, the distillation and Grappa history are presented in a cosy and alluring environment throughout the tutorial path; as a result of long and passionate research, it is a heart-felt tribute by the Poli Distillery towards the majesty of Grappa.

We are Julia and Alan Scott, the creators of Waterpocket® Craft Distillery, and the hands-on makers of our spirits lineup. We are delighted to pull from our scrapbooks, journal, and tasting notes to produce an itinerary of sensory and spirited adventure for you.
