Albert Bichot, USA
Albert Bichot wines always bear the hallmark of their terroir and of the village they come from rather than featuring a “dogmatic” house style. Nevertheless, vintage after vintage, Albert Bichot strives to offer wine lovers fine, elegant, complex whites and expressive, fruity reds with well-integrated tannins.

Athenee Importers & Distributors
Athenee Importers, established in 1975, is the largest importer and distributor of fine wine, spirits and beer from Greece and Cyprus in the United States. We believe that the future of Greek wines lie in the hands of the small producers. In the past 20 years, the Greek wine industry has undergone tremendous change. Initially, the Greek wine market was controlled by large wineries that produced wines for the mass market with very little attention paid to quality. As a result, Greek wines were not a strong presence in the marketplace and earned a bad reputation. As a result, the trade suffered greatly. In order to rectify the situation, industry leaders recognized the need for change. The next generation of Greek wines would lie in the hands of small producers who keep an eye to quality while closely guarding quantity.

Cantele Estate Winery
The story of a wine can be told through generations, seasons, memories, hopes, and vines. And our eyes never seem to stray from those vines as they bask in the sun and we contemplate the heavens and the cycles of life.
This land existed long before anyone left a footprint on its soil. Its memory stretches back thousands of years. It’s the same land where our grapes ripen, year and year, in the sunshine of summer, just like they have for millennia.
You could call our story a love story, one that our family has lived since the end of the Second World War. A story that interweaves passion and memory in the cradle of Italy’s south, a story that has Puglia’s beautiful Salento peninsula as its backdrop.

Communal Brands is the most excellent wine importation, distribution and brand development company operating near a train yard in NYC, period. We love wine and choose them from people we love: to wit, Melissa Saunders née Monti has one foot in Italy, another in New Zealand – hence Communal’s focus on these regions. Truth (typicity) is critical in all things, but especially wine. We do not dismiss juice trends, we simply believe wholeheartedly that wines can evolve to accommodate taste without abandoning tradition, hence our battle cry: Classic Wine for Modern People.

Elixir Wine Group
We have been importing fine wines from Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Baja California, Mexico as Southern Wine Group for nearly two decades. In 2012, we began extending this reputation by building a select portfolio from Oregon, Spain, Portugal, France and Italy. Combined as Elixir Wine Group, we are proud to represent wines from some of the finest family-owned producers in the world.
Our dedication to wines from these regions extends beyond representing artisan producers nationally in the United States. We also own and operate Bodega Calle winery in Luján de Cuyo, Argentina; an historic estate established in 1925 that Kirk Ermisch, his Argentine partner and Ms. Elvira Calle, a prominent Argentine business woman, restored to its full glory in 2001 as an award winning producer of varietal wines and organically-farmed, proprietary red blends.
We also produce Jubileo wines in Baja California, Mexico and Ermisch Cellars Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley, Oregon which is Live Certified. Kirk travels to Argentina for part of each year to oversee harvest operations at Bodega Calle and to keep in contact with all our suppliers in South America. He also travels to Europe each year with the same purpose. In this way, we continue to bring the best wines to our wholesale partners and customers throughout the United States.
The company imports to and distributes from Napa, California and bases its operations in beautiful Bend, Oregon. Tasting Room: Come visit Elixir's Bend tasting room, operated Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. Here you can shop for wines from our entire portfolio and you can also taste a rotating selection of our fine wines. As always, your tasting fee is waived with any purchase and full case purchases are discounted!

In the spirit of this adventure we returned to South Africa in 2016 endeavoring to launch a business that would connect people back home in America with a country and a people we had both been so struck by, and deliver some seriously top notch wines in the process. Together, we spent months in South Africa sourcing and developing our wine; We met with over 40 producers, ranging from small family run farms to large co-ops (independent growers banding together across huge regions), to wine negotiants and independent winemakers to source wine that could be part of what we were trying to build: a young, innovative, and socially responsible wine brand built on the concepts of collaboration & exploration, with a 'locally run, globally minded' mantra. We found those partners in our winemakers, Trizanne Barnard & Bruce Jack, & our designers, Fanakalo, who became friends and collaborators, and who have helped bring LUBANZI to life.
Charlie Brain & Walker Brown, Co-Founders
We felt it necessary the business be an avenue to deliver real and meaningful social impact back to a country so deserving of that commitment. As things kicked off, we became enamored with the idea of a more complete and equitable supply chain, which is why we partnered with The Pebbles Project, a not for profit that provides health & education resources directly back to the families who live and work on South Africa's wine farms.
Lubanzi is the story of those partnerships, of our travels, and of this wandering dog in the middle of nowhere, who by some stroke of luck, brought it all to life. We hope our wine helps you make a home in the newest places, & an adventure out of the home you know by heart.
